Most golf carts don’t come with seat belts built in, but they can be added for an additional cost. Keep in mind:

• Seat belts are legally required for street-legal vehicles, so if you plan to drive your cart on public roads, talk with our team about having them installed.
• As of May 2025, seat belts are also mandatory for children under the age of 12. If you’ll be driving with young passengers, our team can make sure your cart meets all requirements.
