This is my second experience with the wonderful team at Garretts. After purchasing my cart I looked at options to increase my overall speed. A simple email to Josh started the process. The silver lining of this experience (which I consider the glue of the Garretts operation) is working with Lena. She provided updates when I asked for them and really made sure that any questions I had got answered quickly and thoroughly. She helped coordinate the delivery of my cart with a white glove/first class approach. Simply put, when you work with a company that has A+ staff you get an A+ experience.
